Photo and Content Policy

Incorporated by reference into the Braider Independent Contractor Agreement (§23, §15). This governs the photos and content you upload (portfolio, profile).

You must own or be authorized to use the content

• Upload only photos of your own work that you own or are licensed to use.

• Obtain all necessary consents, releases, and permissions from anyone appearing in or identifiable from the content.

Do not upload (without express permission)

• A Client's face, home address, or home interior that identifies them;

• Children;

• Personal documents or other private/identifying information.

How Zounya may use your content

• You grant Zounya a non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to display, crop, resize, format, and distribute your portfolio/profile content to operate, promote, and market the Platform.

• Zounya may remove, crop, resize, format, or decline to use content at its discretion, consistent with applicable law, and will not create a misleading advertisement.

Removal

You may remove your content; Zounya may also remove content that violates this policy. Contact support@zounya.com for content concerns.
