Insurance / Optional Per-Booking Coverage Disclosure

Zounya does not currently provide, guarantee, underwrite, sell, broker, or administer insurance coverage for Braiders, Clients, Bookings, or Services. Zounya is not an insurer. No Booking is automatically insured.

If an optional coverage is offered in the future

Any per-Booking insurance, protection plan, or coverage option, if and when made available through the Platform by an authorized insurer, licensed producer, or approved insurance partner, will apply only if all of the following are true:

(a) the option is expressly offered for the applicable Booking;

(b) the required insurance charge, premium, or coverage fee is fully paid before the Booking begins;

(c) the Booking and any claim fall within the applicable policy terms, conditions, exclusions, limits, and eligibility requirements; and

(d) coverage is confirmed by the insurer or authorized insurance provider.

Payment of a Platform service fee, booking fee, commission, or other non-insurance charge does not create insurance coverage. Any coverage, if any, is governed solely by the applicable insurer's policy documents — not by this disclosure or the Braider/Client agreements.

Short notice for the booking flow

> Insurance coverage is not included unless expressly selected, available, and paid for before the Booking starts. Coverage, if any, is provided only under the applicable insurer's policy terms, limits, exclusions, and eligibility rules. Zounya is not an insurer.

Braider's own insurance

Each Braider remains solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining her own professional liability, general liability, business, health, workers' compensation, automobile, and other insurance appropriate to her activities and required by law. Zounya may require proof of insurance for certain Bookings, service categories, premium listings, or continued access.

Divulgation assurance / couverture optionnelle par séance (courtoisie)

Statut actuel (lancement) : Zounya ne fournit, ne garantit, ne souscrit, ne vend, ne courtage ni n'administre aucune assurance à ce jour, et n'est pas un assureur. Aucune Réservation n'est automatiquement assurée.

Si une couverture optionnelle est proposée à l'avenir, elle ne s'appliquera que si : (a) l'option est expressément proposée pour la Réservation ; (b) la prime est intégralement payée avant le début ; (c) la Réservation et la réclamation entrent dans les conditions, exclusions et limites de la police ; et (d) la couverture est confirmée par l'assureur. Le paiement d'un frais de service ou d'une commission ne crée aucune couverture. Toute couverture est régie par les documents de police de l'assureur.

Notice booking : « L'assurance n'est pas incluse sauf si expressément sélectionnée, disponible et payée avant le début de la séance. La couverture éventuelle est régie uniquement par les conditions, limites et exclusions de l'assureur. Zounya n'est pas un assureur. »

Chaque Tresseur/Tresseuse reste seul responsable de sa propre assurance appropriée et requise par la loi.
