Braider Community Guidelines

Incorporated by reference into the Braider Independent Contractor Agreement (§23). These guidelines keep Zounya safe, professional, and trustworthy.

Be professional

Communicate respectfully and promptly through the Platform.

Arrive on time; if you're running late or must cancel, notify the Client through the Platform as early as possible.

Deliver the service as described and to a reasonable professional standard.

Be honest

Use accurate profile information, real portfolio photos of your own work, and truthful pricing.

Only offer services you are legally authorized and qualified to perform.

Be safe and respectful

No harassment, discrimination, threats, violence, or intoxication.

Follow the In-Home Safety Policy and report incidents promptly.

Protect Clients and the Platform

Use Client information only to complete the Booking; never for off-platform solicitation.

No cash or off-platform payments; no circumventing Zounya with Clients you met through the Platform (see Anti-Circumvention Policy).

Enforcement

Violations may lead to warnings, payout holds, suspension, or termination, depending on severity. Serious safety violations may result in immediate removal.
