Braider Community Guidelines

Incorporated by reference into the Braider Independent Contractor Agreement (§23). These guidelines keep Zounya safe, professional, and trustworthy.
Be professional
• Communicate respectfully and promptly through the Platform.
• Arrive on time; if you're running late or must cancel, notify the Client through the Platform as early as possible.
• Deliver the service as described and to a reasonable professional standard.
Be honest
• Use accurate profile information, real portfolio photos of your own work, and truthful pricing.
• Only offer services you are legally authorized and qualified to perform.
Be safe and respectful
• No harassment, discrimination, threats, violence, or intoxication.
• Follow the In-Home Safety Policy and report incidents promptly.
Protect Clients and the Platform
• Use Client information only to complete the Booking; never for off-platform solicitation.
• No cash or off-platform payments; no circumventing Zounya with Clients you met through the Platform (see Anti-Circumvention Policy).
Enforcement
Violations may lead to warnings, payout holds, suspension, or termination, depending on severity. Serious safety violations may result in immediate removal.
